Built inside property management operations.
Hands Property Services exists because management companies keep buying software and still drowning in manual work. Here's who we are, how we work, and why our clients trust us with their portfolios.
A note from our founders.
Hands Property Services was founded on years spent inside property management companies — running maintenance coordination and ticketing end to end. The tickets, the vendors, the 7 AM voicemails, the owner who wants to know why his statement is late. We know this work because we've done this work.
We kept watching the same thing happen across the industry: management companies buy expensive software and still drown in manual tasks. Because software alone doesn't run a workflow — people and process do. The software vendors won't tell you that. We will, because filling that gap is our entire business.
So we do both. Our automation practice rebuilds your workflows so the repetitive work runs itself, and our operations side handles what still needs human judgment. Every account gets senior attention and a named point of contact — never a rotating queue, never a script.

Shahzam
Property Management Lead
Senior property management consultant. Has run end-to-end maintenance coordination and ticketing for management companies — he's lived the workflows we automate, which is why they match how the work actually happens. He leads every audit and stays your main contact.
Haris
Automation Lead
Automation engineer. Builds the connections between your management software, phones, email, and accounting — and keeps every workflow monitored, documented, and easy for your team to override. If something breaks at 2 AM, he's the one who gets the alert.
The rules we run the company by.
Written down here so you can hold us to them.
We say no when it's not a fit
If your software is genuinely the problem, or automation won't pay for itself at your size, we'll say so on the first call. A wrong-fit client costs us more than an honest no.
Everything we build stays yours
Workflows live in accounts you own. Documentation is written for your team, not for us. If we ever part ways, nothing stops working the next day.
Senior attention on every account
We'd rather serve fewer companies extremely well than run a client list nobody can name. When you email, someone who knows your portfolio answers — that's policy, not luck.
The questions careful owners ask. Good.
You should be skeptical of anyone asking for access to your management software. Here's exactly how that access works.
Who exactly has access to our data?
Does money ever move through your accounts?
What if we stop working together?
Where are you based, and does it matter?
Why should we trust a new agency?
The best way to judge us is one conversation.
Thirty minutes. Real questions welcome. The audit report is yours either way.
