Hourly rates invite you to compare us to the cheapest assistant you can find, which tells you nothing about whether the desk gets covered. Per door is how you already read your own P&L, so that's how we quote.

After-hours desk

6pm–8am weekdays, full weekends. Answer, triage, work order, dispatch.

The 30-night pilot

One flat fee covers your first month of after-hours coverage regardless of door count, with the same response-time commitment as a full contract. Continue after 30 days and the full $1,200 comes off your first invoice. Walk away and you owe nothing further.

Why we price it this way: the objection isn't cost, it's risk. This removes the risk and puts the burden on us to prove the log is real.
