Why don't you just publish exact prices?

Because a 60-door single-family portfolio and a 400-door mixed portfolio are different jobs, and pretending otherwise would mean overcharging one of them. The ranges above are real — most clients land inside them — and you'll have an exact number in writing after the audit call, before you commit to anything.

Can we buy just one service?

Yes. A single automation build, bookkeeping only, just the maintenance line — all fine. Bundles simply price better because the services share setup work.

What happens if we cancel?

You keep everything. Every workflow is built in accounts you own and documented in plain English, so you're never dependent on us to keep the lights on. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month — no exit fees, no held-hostage logins.

Is the setup fee negotiable?

The setup fee covers real hours of mapping and building, so we don't waive it — but if you start with the Audit package, that $1,500 counts toward the Operations Engine setup if you upgrade within 90 days.

How do you handle payment?

Monthly invoicing, paid by card or ACH. The first month and setup are billed when we begin; after that, you're billed on the 1st. No annual prepayment required, ever.
